The content of this textbook mainly covers clinical anesthesia, critical care monitoring and treatment, resuscitation, pain management, and drug dependence. Its focus is on monitoring human life functions. When medical students study this textbook, they should prioritize understanding and establishing connections with relevant content from other courses to learn deeply and flexibly, applying knowledge in a broader context. Anesthesiology (for Clinical Medicine) is the first textbook in China designed for use by undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.
