Features: The content of this book reflects the work completed by the research team over more than a year. The team investigated and analyzed the current organizational management practices of 22 domestic and international enterprise groups, forming 19 research reports and 7 reference materials. During the preparation of the main research report, multiple discussions were held, and the opinions of enterprises, relevant government departments, and experts were absorbed to provide practical judgments on the issues and development directions of enterprise groups in China, offering guidance for their reform and development. This research also provides references for government departments to improve and adjust relevant policies. This research project has three prominent characteristics:
1. Popularity: It involved practical workers from multiple enterprise groups, with over 50 researchers directly participating in the project.
2. Practicality and Operability: Through the analysis of numerous cases, some views and insights closely aligned with practical realities were derived.
3. Guidance: While the research focused on analyzing the current situation, it also referenced international best practices and relevant management theories, striving to align with reform directions and avoid proposing any "standard models" to provide as much exploration space as possible for enterprise groups.
