Features: The main features of this book are reflected in the content of the preface mentioned above; it has formed an understanding and perspective on the basic theories and concepts of this book—such as the recognition of the historical background of the transformation of the Party's leadership style, the understanding of the necessity of improving the Party's leadership style, the recognition of the basic distinction between the Party's governance and leadership, the understanding of the necessity of improving the Party's leadership style, and the understanding of the fundamental relationship between the Party's leadership style and the rule of law, etc.; it has proposed specific views on the leadership methods of the Party and certain departments—such as the Party's leadership over the National People's Congress and the Party's leadership over the judicial department. Due to the extensive and complex nature of the issues involved in this research topic, our study is far from being in-depth and systematic. However, we are willing to share the preliminary results of our exploration on this issue with the academic community. On one hand, we seek advice from our academic peers, and on the other hand, we hope that this preliminary work can provide some inspiration for others who are preparing to dedicate themselves to researching this topic. At the same time, we also hope that this can attract more academic peers to show interest in this issue and participate in the research on it.
