Features: This book will help you understand that we can enjoy work, not just work hard—Career Counselor Liu Cuiling. Some friends looking for jobs often have the question: "What kind of job is a good job?"
Through years of experience, I have realized that a good job is one recognized from the heart; loving work starts with action. Love Your Job teaches us: discover joy and surprises in work, and create your own miracles in the passion of your career—China Yin Hanxu.
Everything changes too quickly. Before we are ready, we are pushed into the job market. In confusion, we struggle in the workplace for years before gradually realizing what a career is, what a career path is, and what a career means for a person's life. The awakening of career awareness brings everyone a sense of unease and crisis. The severe job market reality, combined with these anxieties, spreads in society, troubling everyone who is already working and those about to start. We are confused, unsure of ourselves, and learning this new world—the workplace—through our unique perspectives and values, handling our workplace challenges in our own ways. Of course, we gain more lessons because we have little good experience to draw on. So, this is a rare and valuable book. Its value lies in providing career concepts and practical tools that Chinese readers in this stage urgently need.
From the 8 small stories in this book, I believe everyone can find their own shadows. Whether you hold a high position or strive at the bottom; whether you are thriving in your career or repeatedly failing in the workplace; whether you have just been laid off by your boss or are planning to quit. Everyone can also gain more experience from how the 8 protagonists handle their career crises.
