Features: The purpose of compiling this atlas is always in line with the requirements and content of the teaching syllabus, aiming to help students master the basic theory of electrocardiography while improving their ability to interpret ECGs and make relatively accurate diagnoses of common ECG changes. The features of this atlas are as follows: In addition to typical ECGs, it combines clinical data for ECG analysis, objectively providing relatively accurate diagnoses. After presenting normal and abnormal ECGs, it also includes slightly more complex cases, encouraging students to analyze, think critically, and propose diagnoses. This trains their independent thinking and logical reasoning skills. The atlas collects nearly 200 ECGs, divided into three chapters, basically following the teaching sequence from simple to complex, starting with the basics and progressing to more advanced topics. Chapter 1 focuses on normal ECGs, highlighting the key operating principles of ECG machines, the characteristics of normal ECG waveforms, normal values, measurement methods, and the clinical application value of ECGs, as well as the identification of common artifacts. Chapter 2 highlights common clinical ECG changes, explained with clinical data. Chapter 3 focuses on ECG diagnostic exercises, primarily including slightly more complex ECG cases based on the first two chapters. It first poses questions, allowing students to analyze and judge on their own, and then proposes diagnostic criteria based on clinical data. An appendix with reference answers is provided.
