Features: In the process of governing the country according to law and advancing the construction of socialist rule of law, the cultivation of legal talents is crucial. To meet the growing demand for legal talents in social development, the entrance examination system for master's degree candidates in law has been continuously improved in recent years, and the enrollment scale has also been expanded accordingly. Consequently, the competition for the entrance examination to become a master's degree candidate in law has become increasingly fierce. To help students successfully pass the master's entrance examination in law amid this intense competition, and in response to the urgent needs of a large number of candidates, we have published this series of "Master's Entrance Examination Review Guides for Law."
The team responsible for compiling this series consists of master's and doctoral candidates in law who graduated from renowned institutions such as the Law School of Peking University, the Law School of Renmin University of China, and the China University of Political Science and Law. They have all scored high marks in the master's entrance examinations of these institutions, possessing both profound legal expertise and successful techniques and experiences for the entrance examinations. They are capable and responsible for compiling this series.
The first batch of this series includes 7 volumes: "Constitutional Law and Administrative Law," "Criminal Law," "Civil and Commercial Law," "Criminal Procedure Law," "Civil Procedure Law," "Economic Law," and "International Law." Each volume consists of three parts: "Success Experience Reference and Exam Techniques," "Focus on Professional Hotspots," and "Analysis of."
This series has the following features:
1. Comprehensive: This series is compiled for different professional categories in the master's entrance examination in law, covering the examination questions of major universities that admit master's candidates in law for each professional category since 2000, with detailed analysis provided for each question. The compilers have carefully reviewed and selected answers using a comparative analysis method, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and comprehensiveness.
2. Up-to-date: This series closely aligns with the reform measures of the Ministry of Education's master's entrance examination starting in 2003. In response to trends such as some universities potentially reducing the weight of professional courses in the preliminary exam or some universities not requiring professional courses in the preliminary exam for certain majors, the series expands the scope of analysis of past exam content to help candidates prepare for more flexible professional courses in the final exam.
3. Practical: Each volume of the series provides experience references and exam techniques tailored to different professional categories, broadening candidates' knowledge. The series also offers insightful analysis of the question-setting approaches and patterns of professional courses across different universities. Furthermore, it provides reliable predictions and explanations of the 2005 entrance examination questions based on different question-setting approaches, helping candidates to review efficiently within limited time and achieve twice the result with half the effort.
