Features: Chief Püden receives a new case: Shoemaker Grauk suddenly disappeared. Strangely, Grauk's wife Lotte and her sister-in-law Paula have been lying ever since they reported the case. Püden discovered that a woman had slept and drunk in Grauk's workshop. Since Grauk's wife and sister-in-law were not cooperative, the investigation was hindered. The police station published a missing person notice in the newspaper. The owner of the "Sun" Hotel saw the notice and provided a clue that the missing person had stayed at her place for three days. Püden checked the address Grauk had filled out, and it turned out to be false. The owner's family then provided another clue that the missing person had stayed there six years ago, and that time he had intended to commit suicide. Why would Grauk commit suicide? Is he planning to do so again? Initial investigation revealed that the matter was related to his sister-in-law: One day, after working hard all day, Grauk returned home and was stunned by the scene before his eyes—his wife Lotte and sister-in-law were in bed with a construction worker. A witness provided a clue that he had seen a man resembling the missing person with a woman in her twenties; another female witness also confirmed that the man was Grauk. According to the bank, Grauk had withdrawn 20,000 yuan in cash. After several twists and turns, Chief Püden found the young woman, and the result was quite surprising.
