Butterfly Dream

Features: The author of "The Green Mile" uses a rather unique approach of "pragmatism" and "accompaniment." The book tells the story of a mysterious woman named Rebecca, who is already dead at the beginning of the novel. Except for being mentioned indirectly in flashbacks, she never appears in the book but is always present everywhere, and can continue to control Manderley Manor through her loyal servants, lovers, and others until she eventually burns down the manor.
