This compendium includes commonly used laws, regulations, and rules in investigation work, newly issued judicial interpretations, and self-regulatory rules. This legal and regulatory compendium will also provide convenience for participants in the securities and futures market to understand the relevant legal responsibilities and obligations of their market behavior.
