Features: Every individual goes through a phase of being a newcomer, whether in the private sector or as a public servant. How open-minded and principled is the "boss"? How much support does the environment provide for one's career goals? From "any milk is mother" to "the best bird chooses the best tree," the success or failure of one's career lies just one step away. As an employee, you have superiors; as a department leader, you have higher-ups. Therefore, most people face the issue of "following people." If you follow the right people and do it well, you naturally reap the benefits from your superiors. If you follow the wrong people or follow the right ones but use the wrong methods, you are bound to face hardship and misfortune. So, how should wage earners in the workplace navigate the art of "following people"? Since ancient times, there have been five levels of "following people."
The first type is the "any milk is mother" type;
The second type is the "snobbish" type;
The third type is the "naive loyalty" type;
The fourth type is slightly higher in (level), and they are called the "lost" type;
The fifth type is the highest in, and they are called the "wise" type.
In the workplace, when "following people," one should aim for the highest. This means identifying the right people, following them correctly, and sticking with them. Only by doing so can you maximize your potential and achieve success.
