Especially with the proposal of the strategy of governing the country according to law, new requirements have been put forward to judicial organs, emphasizing that judicial organs must independently exercise procuratorial and judicial power in accordance with the law; establish and improve a more scientific, fairer, and more modern legal system; and build a team of judicial officials who are proficient in law, loyal to the law, and dedicated to integrity, thereby enabling judicial organs to play their due role in building a socialist rule-of-law state.
