The former Shanghai municipal committee leader, who once served as provincial committee leader in Henan, wrote the book title for this publication. General Secretary and President Hu Jintao instructed: "Comrade Ren Changxia's deeds are deeply moving. On the glorious post of a people's police officer, she always remembered the Party's commitment to serving the people wholeheartedly and consciously practiced the important thought of 'Three Represents.' Through her exemplary behavior in enforcing the law for the people and her selfless dedication, she set a good image for Party members and cadres and won the heartfelt love of the people. All public security officers and cadres across the country should learn from Comrade Ren Changxia, faithfully fulfill the sacred duties entrusted by the Party and the people, serve the people with the law, uphold justice and integrity, combat evil and promote good, and make their due contributions to maintaining the overall situation of reform, development, and stability."
