Features: The most significant impact on enterprise management comes from the enterprise managers. The quality level of leaders sometimes directly determines the rise and fall of a company. Many enterprises focus on training, learning, and improving managers, but often, substantial investments in management training, especially for top leaders, fail to transfer the inherent qualities and potential of outstanding leaders to new leaders. Currently, the Enterprise Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council is primarily engaged in human resource policy research and has participated in the management consulting work of many large enterprises.
