Features: The new curriculum standard teaching materials, which are currently being promoted and popularized nationwide, have broken away from traditional teaching material models. Therefore, new assessment methods are required to adapt to them. In light of this, we have developed the "New Curriculum Unit Assessment Worksheets" after referring to existing excellent assessment methods in national experimental zones and conducting thorough exchanges and discussions with curriculum and teaching researchers as well as frontline teachers. This series of books is based on the evaluation concepts introduced by the new curriculum standards, emphasizing the assessment of student activities, experiments, hands-on projects, and discussions, as well as guiding the objective recording of specific facts in students' growth process. Additionally, we have also provided classroom unified assessment worksheets in written exam format for each unit, aiming to achieve a perfect combination of basic knowledge assessment models and open-ended assessment models.
Open-Ended Autonomous Assessment Worksheets: The assessment is conducted in an open-book format, designed to examine students' ability to recall and apply knowledge, as well as their ability to analyze and solve practical problems using the knowledge they have learned. This set of worksheets has no time limit, and students can complete the tasks through various methods such as conducting experiments, surveys, discussions, or researching online. The evaluation methods include self-assessment by students, peer assessment, parent evaluation, and teacher evaluation, providing students with an open and exploratory space, while also offering teachers a comprehensive and practical basis for assessing students' abilities.
Classroom Unified Assessment Worksheets: These appear in written exam format, with students taking closed-book or open-book exams (the specific format is determined by the teacher). This set of questions primarily consists of basic problems, but the question formats are flexible, emphasizing connections with real-life scenarios. It focuses on assessing students' mastery of basic knowledge, enabling teachers to adjust teaching methods in a timely manner and guiding students to find the learning paths that best suit them.
