Instructions 1. Cut the chicken legs into pieces, slice the young ginger, and wash the lemongrass. 2. Fry the chicken pieces in an oil pan at 170°C over low heat for about 5 minutes, then increase the heat to fry for another 3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain the oil. 3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the ginger and garlic slices, add the fried chicken pieces, and then add the seasonings. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Finally, add the lemongrass and stir-fry well.
