Under the current world situation, to meet the needs of various individuals, we are delighted to see that Comrade Sun Zhengda of the Southwest Jiaotong University Social Sciences Research Institute in Beijing, with the strong support of some alumni of Southwest Jiaotong University and Peking University and many domestic and foreign experts and scholars involved in foreign affairs, has personally supervised the compilation of a series of "Comprehensive National Conditions and Customs of Countries Around the World." This is indeed a timely and excellent cultural public welfare initiative. This book introduces geography, history, politics, economy, religion, as well as the culture and customs of various ethnic groups. The book covers a wide range, from history to the present, from politics, economy, and ethnicity to religion, society, and folk culture, providing systematic introductions in various aspects. It offers many interesting insights and is a well-composed book with substantial content and certain academic value.
