The author of this book believes that China's property rights legislation should not adopt the theory of property rights acts but should distinguish the scope of application of the good faith principle and the good faith acquisition system. China's property rights legislation should stipulate separate provisions for various types of ownership, such as state ownership, collective ownership, and individual ownership. At the same time, the author of this book conducts an in-depth research and analysis of the content and system of usages in property rights, proposing a property rights system that fits the context of China. In addition, the author also proposes that China's property rights legislation should stipulate special laws on property rights, such as the right to use water resources, aquaculture rights, and mining rights.
