Features: The first decade of the 21st century was a crucial period for China's development, with the main task being to establish a sound market economy system and lay a solid institutional foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The completion of this historic mission requires a large number of professionals skilled in the rules of the market economy, especially those who possess both securities investment theory and practical skills in securities investment operations. Talent cultivation relies on education, and high-level education cannot be separated from first-class teaching materials aligned with international standards, particularly textbooks for undergraduate students. It was with this consideration in mind that, based on the books "Stock Trading Operation Mechanism" published in 1992 and "Securities Investment" published in 1998, after thorough study and research, and in collaboration with peers from higher education institutions who have long been engaged in teaching and research in this field, we wrote "Securities Investment Theory and Practice." This book aims to achieve two objectives: First, to meet the demand for teaching materials in the reform of higher education institutions; Second, to provide some golden tips for securities investors, helping them quickly become seasoned experts in securities investment.
