Features: Spectral Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine includes 629 species of traditional Chinese medicine, among which 432 are pharmacopoeia species and 197 are non-pharmacopoeia species. For the pharmacopoeia species without spectral identification reports in the literature, the author conducted spectral identification experiments and supplemented 125 species. Additionally, over 300 confusable species, counterfeit species, customary species, similar species, or resource varieties are listed under some medicinal entries. Furthermore, spectral comparisons of medicinal materials from different origins, harvest periods, processing methods, or storage conditions are provided in some entries. The book includes a total of 930 spectral figures. The content for each medicinal species includes: Chinese name, Pinyin name, Latin name, source [family name, plant (animal, mineral) name, scientific name, and medicinal part], as well as spectral identification content, accompanied by references for readers to consult. At the end of the book, there are Chinese name index, Pinyin name index, and Latin name index for easy reference.
