Features: This book primarily introduces the basic principles, structures, functions, and analysis methods of main passive and active components in microwave electronic circuits, as well as the various functional circuits they form. The passive component section focuses mainly on microstrip types, while the active component section covers only semiconductor ("solid-state") devices. The circuits are primarily based on microstrip hybrid integrated circuits. The book is divided into 7 chapters: Chapter 1 introduces commonly used microstrip passive components in microwave circuits; Chapter 2 covers microwave semiconductor components; microwave frequency converters, microwave amplifiers, microwave oscillators, and microwave control circuits are discussed separately in Chapters 3 to 6; and Chapter 7 briefly introduces the basic knowledge of microwave integrated circuits (MIC) and microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC), which are rapidly developing next-generation microwave circuits. This book is mainly written as a textbook for senior undergraduate students in engineering disciplines such as information technology, communications, radar, electronic countermeasures, electronic science and technology, and remote sensing. It is intended for use in courses like "Microwave Electronic Circuits," "Microwave Active Circuits," and "Microwave Solid-State Circuits," and can also serve as a reference for technical personnel engaged in the research and development of microwave electronic circuits.
