With the significant development of China's national economy, education has advanced at an unprecedented pace. The public's level of education has been steadily improving, and there is a growing demand for higher education. Educators have raised higher expectations for education, and the economy has placed increasingly stringent demands on the quality of labor. For a long time, the majority of primary school teachers in China had only completed junior high school or vocational school education, while only a small number had obtained associate degrees. This is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of the times or the development of the education sector. As a result, the gradual transition of primary school teachers' academic qualifications to the undergraduate level is an inevitable trend and a natural outcome of China's social, economic, and educational development.
