Weng Mingquan is currently a member of the China Calligraphers Association, vice president of the Fujian Provincial Calligraphy and Painting Society of the China Democratic League, vice president of the Xiamen Calligraphers Association, and director of the Culture Committee of the Xiamen branch of the China Democratic League. He has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the 7th Xiamen Municipal People's Congress. He has been involved in the work of the Xiamen Calligraphers Association for over 20 years, and his dedicated service and sincere contributions have been widely recognized.
