Features: The compilation of this book was greatly assisted by Professor Tian Shiyu and relevant medical professionals. We express our gratitude here. Due to the limitations of the compilers, there may be omissions or inaccuracies, and we welcome criticism and corrections from colleagues in this field and readers of this book. With economic development, improved living standards, and advancements in healthcare, human lifespan has significantly increased. The incidence of neurological diseases, particularly cerebrovascular diseases, degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease, and senile dementia, has also risen accordingly. The characteristics of neurological diseases include a wide variety of conditions, complex clinical symptoms and signs, and ever-evolving, making it difficult for clinicians to master, especially for those who are new to neurology or non-neurological specialties. For this reason, we compiled this book. During the writing process, we referred to a large number of domestic and international literature and specialized works, combined with the compilers' many years of clinical experience in neurology, adhering to the principles of scientific rigor, advancement, and practicality. In addition to textual materials, the book also compiles a substantial amount of illustrations and imaging data. We hope this book will be helpful to neurology and neurosurgery clinicians, those new to neurology, as well as clinicians in internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and infectious diseases, or serve as a reference for clinical work.
