Features: Three years ago, when the Count of Almaviva married Miss Rosina, he publicly declared that he would renounce his noble privileges—the right of the first night. Now, his servants Figaro and Susanna are about to get married, yet the Count harbors improper thoughts toward Susanna. Unable to openly restore his privileges, he attempts to win Susanna's favor with his illustrious status and his belief in the omnipotence of money. On the surface, he generously presents Susanna with a substantial wedding gift, but secretly, he asks her to meet him in the garden for a rendezvous.
