Features: It is often said that children are the future of the Chinese nation. Ensuring their physical health is an inescapable responsibility of pediatric clinicians. Ancient Chinese medical masters such as Bian Que, Sun Simiao, Qian Zhongyang, and Li Shizhen placed great emphasis on preventing and treating pediatric diseases in clinical practice, gradually summarizing many effective treatment methods that made indelible contributions to the prosperity of the Chinese nation. Some proven secret prescriptions and effective formulas are still widely guiding clinical practice to this day. In recent years, various regions have achieved remarkable results in treating infectious diseases, neonatal conditions, digestive, respiratory, hematological, and urological diseases, as well as surgical and ophthalmological conditions through the use of traditional Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and Western medicine methods. Experiences and discoveries have been continuously emerging, driving the forward progress of pediatric traditional Chinese medicine. To better utilize these secret and effective formulas in preventing and treating diseases among children, our colleagues have spent years extensively reviewing relevant literature and finally completed the writing of this sequel, Compendium of New Pediatric Effective Formulas. This book collects nearly 600 secret and effective formulas, most of which originate from publicly published traditional Chinese medicine literature. The selected prescriptions are designed to be highly effective, reliable, easily sourced, and practical for practitioners. We firmly believe that the publication and distribution of this book in Taiwan and other regions will make positive contributions to the physical and mental health of local children.
