This paper examines corporate behavior from the perspective of industrial organization, and therefore begins with a brief review of the development of industrial organization theory. Through the study of corporate behavior, it is believed that: In terms of corporate behavior standards, corporate behavior is diverse, reflecting the changes in the behavior of corporate decision-makers. At different historical stages, the corporate decision-makers are different. The needs and motivations of corporate decision-makers also vary. Corporate decision-makers are influenced by comprehensive socio-economic factors, and changes in corporate behavior actually reflect the changes in the behavior objectives of corporate decision-makers at different historical periods. This book argues that the rationalization of corporate behavior should start with the intrinsic motivation to strengthen the quality of the enterprise itself. Only by clarifying the behavior motivations of corporate decision-makers can corporate behavior be effectively regulated. Based on the industrial organization theory of the Harvard School, this book analyzes corporate market behavior, with a focus on corporate pricing behavior, non-price behavior, and organizational behavior.
