Part of this book will introduce the journey of the Microsoft Asia Research Institute from its establishment to its gradual success through three aspects: management methods, talent cultivation, and technological development. It fully showcases the wisdom of Chinese scholars, with each article being a crystallization of thought from the institute's presidents. It is believed that this book will provide great inspiration for readers, especially those who are dedicated to fundamental scientific research.
