Features: This series of books has a well-thought-out overall concept, being both independent and integrated as a whole. The internal connections align with the principles of customer management. It is evident that the planners are individuals with both theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. This series will greatly benefit the improvement of customer management in China's commercial banks and will certainly enhance the market competitiveness of China's commercial banking sector. Browsing through the entire book, I find the theoretical explanations clear, the language accessible, and the content highly timely. It combines insights from practical work with references to international banking customer management experience, making it very suitable for bank employees. For individuals from all walks of life who have a need or interest in this area, it is also a commendable popular reading series. To my knowledge, there are currently no comprehensive series on bank customer management available in China. While this series may have its shortcomings, it embodies the dedication and efforts of the authors in contributing to the development of bank management in China. We should be grateful to them. From the perspective of integrating theory and practice, customer orientation, and meeting financial needs, this series systematically analyzes and introduces a series of issues related to commercial bank marketing strategies, marketing channel expansion, product and service pricing, distribution and promotion, as well as corporate culture development and image shaping.
