Features: The Ten-Jian Exercise is an exploration, organization, and adaptation based on the traditional Eight-Jian Exercise, representing an innovative development and continuation of it. It incorporates the essence of techniques from various schools, selects unique methods from ancient and modern fitness exercises, and combines the strengths of many traditions, aligning with modern human physiological characteristics to promote physical and mental well-being. Its content is rich, its principles are prominent, the movements are standardized, and the layout is rational, highlighting its health benefits of strengthening the body and extending life. This book builds upon the ancient Eight-Jian Exercise practiced by our ancestors. Given the prevalence of high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and high cholesterol among modern people, the author has added two new exercises: one for lowering blood pressure and blood lipids, and another for improving leg and foot flexibility. Hence, it is called the Ten-Jian Exercise. This exercise is divided into four sets. The first three sets can be practiced standing outdoors, while the fourth set is designed for individuals with poor physical conditions who cannot stand for long periods or for situations where outdoor exercise is not feasible due to adverse weather conditions.
