Considering the unique nature of this course, the concise content explanations adopt the original text, supplemented with annotations for incomplete or questionable parts of the textbook. Additionally, supplementary or corrective explanations are provided for the key, difficult, and ambiguous points in each section of the Inner Canon. In the comprehensive exercises, efforts are made to avoid repetitive content or similar questions, minimizing the repetition of the same type of problems. This approach aims to inspire learners' insight, broaden their thinking, and ultimately achieve the goal of learning by analogy.
