Features: Beginners in enterprise management often struggle to grasp the key points when reading management textbooks. Some may master management principles thoroughly but find it difficult to bridge the gap between theory and practice, lacking the methods and skills to apply them. One reason for this phenomenon is the lack of practical application during learning and the absence of analysis and research on management case studies. To address this issue, it is necessary to change traditional teaching models by increasing the proportion of case-based teaching, guiding learners to master management knowledge through the study of case studies and improving their practical skills. For this purpose, we have compiled the book "Analysis and Critique of Classic Enterprise Management Case Studies." This book integrates knowledge of enterprise management with teaching case studies, dividing the knowledge to be mastered into several chapters. Each chapter begins with a brief introduction to the relevant principles and key knowledge points, followed by the selection of classic case studies around the theme to aid learning. To help readers grasp the essence of the cases, we have provided comments and thought prompts for each selected case. In the comments, we have strived to be concise and to the point, leaving more room for readers to think. The case studies selected for this book include some compiled by the author and others excerpted from newspapers, magazines, and websites. To maintain a consistent style and highlight the themes, some of the case studies have been edited and abridged. All case studies are properly cited, and we extend our gratitude to the original authors. To ensure this book reflects the latest achievements in enterprise management and remains relevant to reality, we have made every effort to select new materials when compiling the case studies. Although some case studies are relatively old, they are still considered classic and hold significant research value today, so they have been included.
