Features: This book takes solving practical problems in management accounting as its starting point, focusing on introducing commonly used formulas, functions, and analytical tools in Excel worksheets for addressing management accounting-related issues. It integrates the relevant functions of Excel worksheets and hypothesis analysis techniques into the process of solving specific management accounting problems, enabling readers to gradually master the capabilities of "Excel worksheets" and the skills to solve various management accounting challenges. To facilitate learning, creating, and applying computerized management accounting models, this book is accompanied by a (Management Accounting Skills Training System) (hereinafter referred to as the "Training System"). The "Training System" assists readers in mastering the basic content of this book in three ways.
First, the skill training demonstrations use dynamic video recordings to showcase the entire process of creating management accounting-related models in "Excel worksheets" and the process of applying these models for hypothesis analysis, allowing readers to gain a very intuitive understanding of the methods and steps for model creation and hypothesis analysis.
Second, the skill training operations provide a platform for creating models in "Excel worksheets," enabling readers to directly use this platform for model creation and hypothesis analysis.
Third, the skill training references offer pre-created models that readers can verify after completing their own models or refer to when encountering difficulties in model creation. Of course, the reference models we provide may not solve all management accounting problems, nor may they be the optimal solutions. Readers can create management accounting models tailored to their specific problems.
The target readers of this book are primarily financial accountants. Special consideration is given to the fact that some financial accountants may be unfamiliar with computers. Therefore, in the process of introducing methods and steps for creating computerized management accounting models, each chapter includes case studies, numerous charts, and screen recordings, making the model creation process simple and clear. Even financial accountants without computer knowledge can follow the methods outlined in this book to create computerized management accounting models tailored to their companies or personal needs.
This book is suitable as an introductory textbook or reference for working accountants and financial professionals, as well as for finance and economics students. It can also serve as a supplementary experimental textbook for management accounting courses or as a reference for economic and management personnel.
