The book is divided into nine chapters. The first three chapters introduce the basic principles of commercial law, which can be considered the general theory. The last six chapters can be considered the special theory, covering Company Law, Securities Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Insurance Law, Trust Law, and Maritime Law. Regarding the connotation of commercial law, there are many debates in academia. The content introduced in this book represents the generally recognized, representative commercial law departments and is also the commercial law frequently encountered in economic life.
