The author of this book believes that China's property rights legislation should not adopt the theory of property rights acts but should distinguish the scope of application of the good faith principle and the good faith acquisition system. China's property rights legislation should specify various types of ownership such as state ownership, collective ownership, and individual ownership. At the same time, the author of this book conducts an in-depth research and analysis of the content and system of usufruct rights in China, proposing a usufruct rights system that fits the national conditions of China. In addition, the author also proposes that China's property rights legislation should stipulate special property rights under special laws, such as the right to use water resources, breeding rights, mining rights, etc.
