Features: This is a large course, with a diverse and numerous audience, and the classroom is always packed. Soon after the course began, Novel Selection became interested in the content and asked me to write a column. I excerpted some passages from my lecture notes and wrote twenty-four articles, which formed the column titled "Novel Classroom." This column ran for two years. During the course, several publishers simultaneously showed interest in the manuscript. Finally, the New World Publishing House published the entire manuscript under the title "Novel Workshop." The works included in this book are what I consider true novels. They carry a pure academic atmosphere, a thoroughness and metaphysical reflection that have been honed by rational training, and are wonderful novels.
