Features: Law is a highly applied discipline. The first part, Evidence Theory, consists of 10 chapters, providing a comprehensive introduction to the basic knowledge of evidence and explaining various types of evidence according to legislative and theoretical standards. The second part, Proof Theory, consists of 7 chapters, focusing on important theoretical issues related to proof while also covering judicial practice issues such as the collection, preservation, and examination and evaluation of evidence. Each chapter includes a summary of "Key Points of This Chapter," offering concise and comprehensive hints and summaries of the main knowledge points discussed, enabling readers to achieve a thorough understanding of the evidence law knowledge system from theory to practice. This book is suitable for teaching use by faculty and students of law majors in various universities and colleges, as well as for reference by judges, procurators, administrative law enforcement personnel, lawyers, and notaries. This book is edited by Bian Jianlin, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law and Professor of the School of Criminal Justice, and Liu Mei, Professor of the School of Criminal Justice. The contributions are by Bian Jianlin, Tian Xinze, Yu Liang, Zheng Weimi, Liu Mei, Shi Yafen, Li Yuhua, and Liu Genxin (in the order of chapter writing).
