Features: Being a boss is one of the most tempting professions, and few wouldn’t want to experience the thrill of running their own business. However, most people don’t know how to be a smart and successful boss. The author of this book addresses this need, providing the best strategy for those who want to be bosses or are already bosses but don’t know how to operate effectively—the strategy of being a "muddled" boss. A muddled boss uses "no moves" to counter "moves," governs through inaction, allows people to develop naturally, and lets them run their own course. Muddle is a form of cultivation for a boss. Those who understand its essence are profound, experienced, able to endure the pain and torment of failure, and can calmly enjoy the joy of success. Muddle is also a form of strategy and wisdom for a boss, enabling them to recognize the bigger picture, act in accordance with the trend, and achieve great things like cooking a small fish. Muddle is also a form of tactics for a boss, giving the impression of being, passive, and foolish. In unfavorable situations, it can be used as a disguise to defeat opponents.
