Features: Human resources, in the context of an organization, refer to the labor force it possesses for the production of goods or the provision of services. In other words, organizational human resources consist of individuals within the organization who possess various kinds of knowledge, skills, and abilities, engaging in various work activities to achieve organizational goals. Human resource management, on the other hand, refers to the entire process of managing all human resources within an organization, including their acquisition, maintenance, motivation, utilization, and development. In simpler terms, it is the scientific method of matching people and tasks appropriately within a business to maximize effective human resource utilization and promote organizational growth. Simply put, it is about "matching people and tasks effectively, ensuring the right person for the right job, and enabling people to fully utilize their talents." This book elaborates on how to manage and utilize people, covering topics such as actively recruiting talent to lay the foundation for development, scientifically allocating personnel to maintain organizational efficiency, and establishing a scientific performance evaluation system, among others.
