Features: "Exercises in Medical Ancient Chinese" is a teaching book designed to accompany the "National Planning Textbook for Ordinary Higher Education 'Fifteen-Year Plan'" and the "New Century National Higher TCM Colleges and Universities Planning Textbook" "Medical Ancient Chinese." The scope of the exercises aligns with the teaching syllabus and content of the textbook. The target readers include students of basic sciences in TCM colleges and universities, adult education students, candidates for the National Practitioner Qualification Examination, and other individuals studying TCM. The purpose of writing this book is to enable students to review, consolidate, and reinforce the knowledge they have learned through exercises, as well as to provide convenience for exam preparation. The questions adhere to the principle of combining knowledge and ability, focusing on testing students' understanding of basic concepts and principles, as well as their comprehensive knowledge.
1. In accordance with the format of standardized examination questions and combining the characteristics of the discipline, this exercise book includes seven types of questions: multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, error-correction questions, word-meaning interpretation questions, translation questions, punctuation questions, and reading comprehension questions. There are a total of 2,215 questions, among which 1,045 are multiple-choice questions, accounting for approximately 47% of the total number of questions.
2. The arrangement of this book follows the units of the textbook, with content as the framework and question types as the objectives.
3. The content of this book, except for a few exercises in the second part that are selected from other relevant medical and pharmaceutical articles, is derived entirely from the textbook.
4. Special instructions are provided for each type of question.
5. Based on the textbook, we have processed traditional characters, ancient characters, borrowed characters, and variant characters.
6. To help readers familiarize themselves with the exam question formats while mastering the textbook content, further deepen their understanding and memory of the knowledge, and facilitate self-assessment, three mock exam papers are specially prepared, along with reference answers, and are included at the end of the book.
