Features: This "Guidance Book" is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for formulating national occupational standards and building question banks. Its content mainly consists of four parts: "Occupational Overview," "Occupational Training," "Vocational Skill Assessment," and "Assessment Question Bank." Each part provides qualitative descriptions of technical levels, work environments, and occupational competency characteristics; it also provides guiding regulations on training duration, instructors, facilities and equipment, and training program outlines. The key focus of this book is the written test bank. The question bank includes typical and representative theoretical knowledge (including skill written tests) questions and skill operation questions, which are selected based on the "National Occupational Skill Assessment Specification·Power Industry" of the People's Republic of China and the work characteristics of this occupation (trade). Sample answer sheets and test composition plans are also included. The "Guidance Book" serves as the basis for vocational skill training and skill assessment question setting. It can be used by labor and personnel management personnel, vocational skill training and assessment personnel, and is also a reference for teaching in power (hydropower) vocational and technical schools and for learning by enterprise workers.
