Features: This textbook was compiled to meet the needs of universities in China offering courses on mathematical experiments. The experimental content is synchronized with the textbooks "Advanced Mathematics" and "Linear Algebra" edited by Tongji University. The experiments use the Mathematica software. Each experiment is divided into several parts: Experiment Objectives, Experiment Content, Experiment Principles, Experiment Steps, Basic Experiment Assignments, and Comprehensive Experiment Assignments. In the Experiment Principles section, the engineering mathematics knowledge used in this experiment is briefly introduced. The Experiment Objectives section clarifies the purpose of the experiment. The Experiment Content is a summary of the experiment's content. The Experiment Steps are the classroom teaching content for the experimental course, including both basic experiments, which introduce solving corresponding mathematical problems using mathematical software packages, and comprehensive experiments, which introduce building mathematical models for practical problems and solving them using mathematical software packages. The Experiment Assignments are provided for students to conduct experiments after class and are also divided into basic and comprehensive experiments. Through the study of this textbook, students can gain a deep understanding of the basic concepts and theories in the courses of "Advanced Mathematics" and "Linear Algebra," become proficient in using Mathematica software, and develop the ability to apply their knowledge to build mathematical models and solve practical problems using computers.
