We not only highlight the theoretical foundation of experiments but also focus on operational methods and procedures. The experimental section is divided into 17 chapters, each rich in content. Universities can adjust the experimental content of each chapter based on specific circumstances. Furthermore, we should encourage students to bring their own materials for research. This open-ended and comprehensive experimental approach will play a positive role in enhancing students' hands-on skills and learning outcomes. In addition to requiring a certain amount of drawing assignments, flexible thinking questions are also provided after each experiment. Some questions do not have fixed answer models but encourage students to observe various plants around them daily, utilize their plant knowledge, and fully unleash their imagination and creative thinking to explore issues related to plant development and evolution.
