Features: Electrical work, metal welding and cutting, and other special operations are prone to casualties. They pose significant risks to the operator, others, and surrounding facilities and equipment. Statistical analysis shows that a large number of accidents occur in these operations, and most are caused by the lack of safety knowledge, poor safety operation skills, or illegal operations of the workers directly involved in these tasks. Therefore, it is essential to strengthen the safety technology training and assessment of these workers, known as special operation personnel, in accordance with the law. This set of textbooks introduces the safety technology knowledge that special operation personnel must master, including basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills. It integrates scientific rigor, practicality, and systematicity. It serves as the designated textbook for safety technology training for special operation personnel before they go on duty, in preparation for obtaining the "People's Republic of China Special Operation Operation Certificate." It also serves as a reference tool for continuous reinforcement and improvement after going on duty. Additionally, it can be used as a reference for relevant management personnel, engineering technicians, and faculty and students of universities and colleges.
