This step is crucial for the career advancement of individual trainers and for the establishment of the corporate trainer system in China. The establishment of the corporate trainer system in China is still in its early stages. Unlike developed countries such as Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, where the concept of trainers has been applied for many years and the system is well-established, many people are still unfamiliar with the term "corporate trainer" compared to more familiar professions like engineers, accountants, and architects. The establishment of the corporate trainer system in China, strictly speaking, began in 1999. That year, the China Society for Employee Education and Vocational Training (China Vocational Association) proposed the topic of corporate trainer system establishment. Once proposed, the topic quickly gained attention and support from the relevant leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as well as interest from enterprises. The attention and support from government authorities and the demand from enterprises provided motivation for the research and development of the corporate trainer system. As a result, the China Vocational Association officially launched the research and development of the corporate trainer system in China, organized a research team, and held seminars in places such as Zhuhai, Hainan Haikou, and Beijing. They conducted multiple research activities in enterprises, dispatched delegations for study tours to learn from foreign experiences and practices. Based on thorough research and surveys, pilot training classes were organized to understand enterprise needs and gather feedback on standards and textbooks. The China Vocational Association's research and development of the corporate trainer system primarily focused on two aspects: system establishment and team building. The goal was to fundamentally address the development of the corporate trainer profession. Through system establishment, the status, role, qualifications, and related treatment of corporate trainers in enterprise development were defined, and a high-quality, professional, and standardized team of corporate trainer backbone personnel was established. Through team building, especially addressing the quality of the training team, the quality of corporate training was improved, the quality of the employee workforce was enhanced, and the sustainable development momentum and potential of enterprises were continuously boosted. This is precisely the purpose of establishing the corporate trainer system. Over the years, the China Vocational Association has taken on a series of specific tasks related to the establishment of the corporate trainer system with a highly responsible spirit and meticulous work attitude. Currently, the framework of the corporate trainer professional qualification system has been basically established, national standards have been issued and implemented, textbook development has achieved preliminary results, and other related system establishment work is also being carried out in a tense manner. We have every reason to believe that with everyone's support and joint efforts, China's corporate trainer system will develop healthily and mature.
