Features: In May 2003, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security decided to comprehensively carry out career guidance work in technical schools, employment training centers, and vocational training institutions across the country, officially promulgating the "Teaching and Training Syllabus for Career Guidance" (hereinafter referred to as the Syllabus) and designating it as a compulsory course. To fully implement the requirements of the Syllabus, the Department of Training and Employment, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center organized the compilation of the "Series of Teaching and Training Books for Career Guidance" (hereinafter referred to as the Series) as supplementary teaching materials for the Syllabus. The Series consists of six volumes, divided into teacher and student books. The teacher books include "Guidance Manual for Teaching and Training in Career Guidance" and "Introduction and Preparation for Teaching and Training in Career Guidance." The student books include "Guidance on Careers and Employment Policies," "Career Awareness Training and Guidance," "Basic Guidance on Employment Skills," and "Basic Guidance on Entrepreneurship Skills." The teacher books provide a detailed introduction to the objectives, basic ideas, requirements, structure, and procedures, methods, and means of teaching and training in career guidance, striving for ease of mastery, operation, and promotion. The student books are richly illustrated, integrating knowledge, cases, rules, and suggestions, aiming to the greatest extent to help students find employment and promote their career development, emphasizing experience, practice, and effectiveness.
