Features: Golden Music Hall approaches music from the perspective of the listener, exploring their emotional journey. The arrangement of musical works in this series is based on the difficulty of auditory perception and follows the (context/structure) of musical performance genres. Each level is divided into four parts: "Solo Performance," "Chamber Music," "Orchestral Music," and "Concertos." In terms of repertoire selection, works with diverse styles, recognizable forms, strong evocative qualities, and clear titles are placed in Levels 1-5, while rational and logically structured works are assigned to Levels 6-9. Starting from Level 6, the proportion of solo and vocal pieces decreases, while orchestral and concerto content increases. The entire series covers classical and romantic works from the 17th to 19th centuries in the Western tradition, modern and contemporary music from the 20th century onwards, as well as classic traditional Chinese music and compositions. The accompanying CDs feature excellent recorded versions with ideal sound quality. "Related Music Terms" are included for general music enthusiasts, explaining terminology encountered in the analysis of works to ensure the "knowledge content" is effectively delivered. In addition to the prescribed repertoire, each Golden Music Hall also includes "Reference Repertoire," aiming to provide listeners with more musical works of the same appreciation level.
