The first volume includes Introduction, Geometric Analysis of Plane Systems, Internal Force Analysis and Displacement Calculation of Statically Determinate Structures, Influence Lines of Statically Determinate Structures, and Force Method for Solving Indeterminate Structures. The second volume includes Displacement Method, Matrix Displacement Method, FORTRAN Computer Programs for Structural Static Analysis, Incremental Methods, Influence Lines of Indeterminate Structures, Structural Dynamics, Elastic Stability of Structures, and Ultimate Load of Structures. The content marked with an asterisk () is optional for study. Different majors can choose according to their needs. Each chapter is accompanied by a rich set of exercises, with answers provided for some of them.
