Features: The book "The Bitter Girls" depicts some cold and old-fashioned interests that occur in the psychology or lives of four single women living together in an apartment. Why draw the Bitter Girls? For me, it was a very strange sensation. In recent years, there has been a group of people in our society, with women as the main group and men as the secondary, with the population increasing in a geometric progression. This singletons' group has not only expanded rapidly but also developed a unique set of ideas and lifestyles on their own. This deeply attracted me, and suddenly I had the idea of turning them into a comic. In this book, I divide the single women into four types: one who wants love but not marriage, one who wants work but not love, one who is always thinking about getting married, and one who doesn’t know what love or marriage is. Of course, no one group can be truly categorized, and these four types are more symbolic. In the author's mind, the Bitter Girls are like this: they all have strong self-assertions and attitudes toward life, but they are often inconsistent; they appear to be very individualistic and are often labeled with stereotypes, but inwardly, they are so unsure of themselves. Whether they break free from constraints or follow traditional norms, they actually don’t really know what they truly want. Their aura, mixed in this flashy era, has a particularly unique and bitter charm.
