Features:lt;bgt;Prefacelt;/bgt; On December 29, 2003, the Supreme People's Court announced the "Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Personal Injury Compensation Cases" (hereinafter referred to as "Interpretation"). This is an important judicial interpretation formulated by the Supreme People's Court to implement the modern judicial philosophy of "people-centered" and strengthen the judicial protection of personal rights. It is also a significant measure to implement the idea of "serving the people" proposed by the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court.
