Features: From the submitted proposals, Vanke's annual participating projects have nearly covered all of its new developments across the country, fully demonstrating its stable product lineup and large-scale development style. Some emerging expansion-oriented enterprises have also followed suit. However, due to factors such as land acquisition, Vanke has recently achieved personalized innovative breakthroughs in smaller-scale projects, such as the Shenzhen Huayu project, Chengdu Jinse Home, and the Shenzhen 17 Miles project that withdrew from the annual award this year. This indicates that Vanke has demonstrated strong multi-level product analysis capabilities today. Here, we interviewed Kai Yan, Deputy Chief Architect of the National Research Center for Residential and Living Environment Engineering, Jian Zhang, Associate Professor of the Architecture Department at Beijing University of Technology, and Cai Hongyan, General Manager of Beijing Fine Home, three experts who analyzed the 70+ winning projects from nearly a thousand submitted proposals from their respective perspectives in the "Innovation Storm" review. They believe that the winning projects generally represent the highest level of residential design and innovation in the country, and their exemplary role for the industry is evident.
